A Transom Panel Number 171 in Leaded Glass, London, 1990

I made this transom panel for a Victorian terraced house in South London. It was made using beautiful English mouth blown streaky glass and machine made German cathedral glass. The bold centre is dark blue with the numbers in pure dense white opal. This allows one to read the number at night in the dark and during the day it reads as a white number.
