Nature Ordered, a Fused Glass Hanging 2005

This is a fused glass piece with copper links incorporated into the glass to allow the whole piece to hang together.

I have fused chaotic bamboo flowers into the glass. These burn away leaving strange ghost like shrimp shapes.

I use many different natural forms in my work both as inspiration or fused within the glass pieces. Using fused glass as a way of exploring natural forms is theme present in much of my work.
